We get daily recorded messages from Homephone asking for somebody we have never heard of, demanding money that this other person owes. The staff say they will not stop the messages until we agree to direct debit! Yet we have had no bill for nearly a year! When we ask for the bill they send us either a bill for someone else or a bill for a service we have never had! They fob us off and tell us to write in with our complaint. All our written complaints are then ignored. Not once have we had a reply! How can we pay our bill? Don't the Post Office want our money? The people on the phone fob us off - the staff who receive our letters put them in the bin! Is this the World's WORST EVER Customer Care Service? YES! YES! YES! YES! YES!
