What more can one say other than incompetent, preying on vulnerable people with their cold calling, getting a 77 year old to sign up for an 18 month contract on the promise of a cheaper phone bill, consistently getting their bill wrong.I live in france and have now had to take over the running of my parents account, the money my parents were told they would save has instead been transfered to me as I am constantly having to phone D.S.T. from france. I am now beginning to wonder if buying out the contract from my own pocket would be cheaper.

Having same problem sold my dad broadband at age 87 won’t let him out contract to do so will cost 150 how do people like this get off with doing this ????????
