I have been with direct save over a year and I was changing to a new provider and had a nasty phone call off the advisor and I suffer wirh depression and dylexia he was si nasty talking to me likeva child he made me cry due to this

this is pretty well how I was treated too. I have ended up so upset I could not sleep. They are appalling.
