I had a billing question and a few technical queries with Clockwork. I sent an email to their support at 8pm, I received an automated reply advising to expect a response within one hour of business hours.

True to their word, a support email was received. The handling staff was extremely efficient and went beyond my expectations.

Great product, good documentation, strong API, excellent support staff.

I shopped around for a long time for SMS providers and went through dozens of trials. When I finally found Clockwork I needed to look no further.

- Interface was very simple to use, with lots of working examples.

- Tech support was superb. Cannot fault them for quickly answering questions.

- Service has not let me down.

Cost, when buying bulk, is one of the cheapest on the market and still very competitive when buying smaller quantities. I would still use them over the cheaper companies because of the quick support, turn around and reliability.

As a freelance consultant, I shall be using them at future clients as well as my wife's businesses.

All in all, very happy with Clockwork.
