Recently i ordered for an upgrade to iphone 4s, i placed the order online while the support executive was online and i told her the shipping address is different from billing address but she said it will ship to the address i specify but it went to my billing address where i dont stay any more.
Every time i call in they said the product is shipped even if i told them to call the product back.
Fed up with calling i myself called fedex and told them to send it back to shipper.Even they received back the product they didnt give me my credit back.
Got hold of one support guy and raised ticket and told about the issue. He told he cancelled the order and i can get my money in few days. I am still waiting for money its been 3 days now.
