Purchased a £10 phonecard from this company (on-line). Tried calling USA and also Pakistan. In both cases , on dialling the intended number (after access number and minutes left voice) there was no ringtone at all, ie.no connection - trouble is, you are charged each time this happens, so the remaining minutes gets less and less despite no actual call being connected. Contacted the company by email (no reply) and then by phone - no help at all, kept telling me I'd made calls, would not accept no actual call connection.Quite rude and uncaring manner also.
Will never use again.
