The rates are good and quality of the connection usually good, but don't bother trying to get two calls out of one card. The administrative fee for a second call will eat up too many minutes to make it worthwhile. Also, when I have had other problems--caused by them, not me--they have not been helpful. I was supposed to have 72 minutes for one call and got cut off after 60. After an email and a telephone call they were prepared to offer 4 minutes--not nice. You won't always get what you pay for with Nobel.com.
