I have recently been using Colchester Hythe Tesco filling station .
My 2012 kia eco usually gives a minimum of 49mpg round town and 65plus on long journeys. Recently it has been showing 38 mpg round town & 55 on long trips. I have taken it twice to the dealership who could find no fault. Then after filling it up at a non Tesco station the mpg suddenly returned to normal. Make of this what you will, but I won't be going back to Tesco.
