Insuring my new puppy couldn't have been simpler. In fact I was able to have the plan in place before collecting my puppy and nominate a start date for when I collected little Bear. All done online.I chose the level of cover I required with no sales pitch or pressure from the company. Great service. would (and have) recommened to friends and family.

Having bought a cocker spaniel puppy four weeks ago, i trawled through the list of insurance companies and decided to take a policy out with pet protect. Although it wasn’t the cheapest, it was very reasonable, giving me the right amount of protection that we needed for our puppy, Chester. It was very easy to set up. The questionnaire was very simple to follow, and was happy about the result.i would definitely recommend pet protect to family and friends.

We had to submit a claim for our dog's spine problems and we found the process very straight forward. We were kept informed regularly on the stage of our claim and payment was made into our bank account within days. We are just about to renew our policy with Petprotect and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Pet Protect is reasonably priced and efficient when a claim occurs. I would recommend this company having compared them to other pet insurance companies.

My dog has an ongoing issues with allergies and ever since first diagnosed pet protect has been brilliant with every claim I have put in - quick and reliable knowing I will receive payment within a decent amount of time - even in these troubled times I have received communications during and at the end of the claim advising where the claim was up to etc. The only bit of constructive feedback I would provide (but wasn’t a major issue) was any time I have put on the form to pay direct to the vets - it has come into my bank and then I had to pay the vets after, but all in all - a good reliable insurance provider taking the worry out of any issues I have with my dog

After my dog had to have surgery to remove a peach stone had had eaten I had no problems from Petprotect with my claim. They dealt with my vets directly, and they promptly paid the bills. Great service.

Once i paid my excess and completed the paperwork everything else was taken care of. Paperwork was easy to download and process. Letter was then sent to myself confirming that the vets fees had been paid which was quick and easy for myself. You never know how good an insurance company is until you have to make a claim, i can highly recommend PetProtect.

My dog dog has unfortunately been left incontinent after being spayed at the age of 10 month's. She is on a hormone tablet for the rest of her life. When I put my request in for payment there's never any quibbling about the amount and payment is promptly put into my account.

Been with pet protect for the last couple of years now and have never had a problem with any claims, haven't really had any really major problems with our dog until now when she injured her back leg, put our claim in and everything was smooth and fuss free no problems with it at all and payment was quick would highly recommend this insurance company to anyone who is looking to insure a pet good service and professional.

The guys have been brilliant with their quick response to all the claims we have put in for our 2 year old dog. Not once have they questioned anything, yes there’s been times where the vets have put in a claim and there’s something on there that doesn’t get covered and they don’t pay, but it’s on your claim letter to let you know. The only fault I would say is every year of your new policy you have to pay up the full excess of an existing complaint. I don’t know if this is the same with every insurance group but it’s not explained very well to you at the beginning of your first policy you take out, and I took out their best policy!!

When my dog was recently admitted to the Vet because he had ingested some poison, I made a claim to Pet Protect to cover the bill, there were no quibbles and the money was in my account really promptly. I couldn't have asked for better service from them.

Although Harvey is still undergoing treatment the support we've had thus far from pet protect is first class. There has never been any hint of any of the claims being rebuked, they have paid out each claim fully minus the policy excess. This is our first year with Pet protect and the care they have shown for Harvey (thankfully his sister Nala hasn't needed the insurance safety net) there is no reason I wouldn't want to stay with them. I never realised dogs could catch Meningitis but it's certainly real and very worrying, especially during these strange times and even more critical when money is tight. Thank you Pet Protect for being Harvey's guardian angel.

My puppy had a prolapsed urethera. He had to be operated on. The insurance claim was dealt with swiftly even during the lockdown period. Really pleased with your service and now planning to insure my other dog with you.

Pixie, our new puppy (5 months old now), swallowed a button battery and required immediate attention at the vet including X-Rays. The policy had only been active a few days and despite this, we received the payout expected and punctually - despite the Covid 19 situation. I can heartily recommend PETPROTECT to pet owners.
