my puppy had two teeth removed on 27th November, we submitted our claim and received an email to say that there was information missing. I called my vet who faxed and emailed pet protect on 23rd received a confirmation email. I still had not heard from them so I called again 7 th Jan to hear that there was still information missing, my vet emailed them again, this time in front of me, I called a few more times to then be told that they needed separate information (that they already had) so my vet emailed them again on 19th Feb.! so after 4 vets emails, 6 personal emails, 5 tweets, and 27 phone calls I am still no further!!! stay away!!
