Dreadful experience with Pet Protect. I had insured my labrador with them for over 7 years. We discovered she has lumps which the vet advised were potentially cancerous and having spoken to Pet Protect customer services agreed we could go ahead with an operation. After the operation we were advised that the type of cancer was not not covered and we had to pay for the whole treatment. This was all incredibly distressing.
