Still trying to sort out a claim after three months. Despite the vet confirming they have sent them the required information twice now, Pet plan keeps denying they have even spoken to the vets !!

Spent another fruitless hour today trying to resolve the issue, but all I get is the usual from Customer Service saying that they will email the claims team as apparently we have sent all the correct information ! The CS rep explained that as they hadn't received my cats full medical history from the last 13 years, then they couldn't progress the claim. I pointed out the cat was only 9 years old and there was no veterinary history as he hadn't been to the vets in that time, something that the CS rep took 15 minutes to understand !!

It seems they are quite happy to take your money , but will do everything they can to not pay-out on legitimate claims. Certainly wont be renewing the policy with them next year.
