Seamless process from beginning to end. Downloaded the claim form, completed it and left it with the vets to forward on to yourselves. I cannot fault the speed in which the claim was paid. I was very surprised to receive confirmation today advising the claim had been settled. Our dog had major surgery and is not due back to the vet for her final check up until Monday so to say I am very impressed is an under statement
