Eleven weeks after making a claim for a skin problem, six phonecalls later, I'm still waiting for a measly £65(two weeks after they said it had been passed for payment) The vets made us pay in advance because they won't accept e&l as a guarantee of payment due to past problems. They won't pay full out of hours fees and constantly change the policy small print. I feel sorry for their staff because they've all been good on the phone but they don't have a clue. We claimed for a cut pad and that too took months to pay out.
