I Took out Insurance with Direct line for my Dog who at the age of one was put down with a tumour on his spine Direct Line have come out with some rubbish excuses not to pay out on my Insurance I would never use them again or recommend this company to anybody and I will be taking this matter Further Do not buy there Pet Insurance.
