After insuring both of my Staffies with Axa I unfortunately had to claim after only 2 months for one after he died suddenly. I made one call to Axa and they instructed me to fill in and then print out their online claims form which I then took to the vets. After around 4 weeks I received a cheque for the vets fee and subsequent cremation costs. I was surprised at this as after reading other reviews, people don't seem too happy with the speed at which Axa deals with claims but I can only go off my experience which I am completely satisfied with.
