First claim with younger dog took two months back and forward said I would not use again.
Did not change and now a claim for my older dog is going down same route. Saying vet did not fill out properly and sent back, no they did not. We will send ot new claim form. It has started all over again with the exact same routine. Three text messages, not received claim, sent back to vet, will send out new claim form. Promised ring backs due to high volume of calls- still waiting. Will never ever use them again as a total waste of time, money and lack of response. Do not buy pet insurance from then. My friend has experienced the same negative response. Also told by my vet asda not a good insurance to deal with. Say no more.

We requested a claims form a week ago, and have heard nothing. Consequently we have paid for our dogs opperation and now face the prospect of trying to claim the money back from a service which doesn't answer the phone, has no postal address or email address.
When you phone and select a 'claim form' you are put through to an answer machine. Although bizarrely the facility to leave messages out of hours does not exist.
Asda take note. This company are using your name to front an abismal service. I will pursue this matter until satisfied after which I shall never, thats never use another Asda product nor use an Asda store. I trust you feel that the amount of profit this service brings justifies the long term loss to your reputation and income.
