We had a claim that is really something they should have paid for. I vet said most insurance firms would do so. Other pet insurance companies I have been with have been much better. They are slow to respond and a try to prevent you from claiming from early stage with people on the phone who have no medical knowledge. Don't buy this pet insurance!
