“Not what I was expecting after a telephone conversation.”

Very good initial service, the print out is disappointing. The 3D light colour has a blue tinge, When I asked the polite person I was assured the light shade would be Grey not Blue.

Hi, sorry to hear you were not happy with the plates. However as explained over the phone its impossible for them to have any blue as the printer only uses black ink and prints in true black with no other setting. We only use colors in badges and borders but not in font. the 3D light shadow in done in grey to create the 3D effect. Would have been good to hear out this by email or phone call to work this our about this issue but haven't.. Please do send us an email with an image showing the blue tinge and i will investigate further.

“Good product and service but misleading”

I was not aware until after I had paid that I had to send documents. This cost extra money so was more expensive than advertised. I could have got them done locally (without putting valuable documents in the post)

I had exactly the same problem with this company! They falsely accused me that I knew the documentation requirements before I paid and that I tried to get plates from them without providing documentation i.e by illegal means. It beggars belief!

“Cheapest on the Net”

Wasn't happy that I had to send my Driving License along with other documents via Recorded mail before I received my plates. It would be a good idea to inform customers about the above before they click to pay. If I had known the above, I would have gone with another website even if they were a little more dearer. Apart from the above, plates arrived well.
