I joined West London Personal Training to try and lose weight, I tried the usual diets, fitness classes but wasn't happy with the way I looked and felt so searched the Internet for personal training. I found West London Personal Training and got booked in for a consultation and fitness test. The Personal trainer, Dee was professional, funny and made it easier for me to book in for sessions after the health assessment and fitness test. After only 4 hours of training I had lost 4.4 kilos in overall weight, 3.6% in body fat and lost a dress size. The sessions were at a private home club, one to one, no waiting to equipment, the studio was clean and the sessions are fun, very tough but fun. Definitely worth EVERY PENNY! If you get the choice ask to be trained by Dee :)
