I cannot stress enough to people to avoid this company at all costs!!!

me and my husband applied to this appalling company called Yes Loans for a £3000 loan,initially i was very happy as when we gave our information we were told that even though we did have some bad credit that they would be able to guarantee that they could get us a loan, we then were told that we would have to pay them a fee of £69.50 for them to obtain this loan from their so called panel of lenders, thinking that we would definetly get the said loan we thought that this was a small price to pay.

That was until we sent our application off and had to keep ringing every other day as we never heard a thing from them or there lenders, when we finally did speak to someone after each time waiting on the phone for more than 10mins, we were then told oh im sorry but unfortunately we cannot source you a loan through our lenders as you don't qualify, might i add that before we paid the fee we were told that we would definetly get a loan but after paying are now being told we cant have one, which i find extremely strange it seems to me they only told us they could get us a loan to take our money from us and do a runner so to speak.

This company is an absolute joke and shouldnt be able to treat people like this,they should be closed down and not allowed to be ripping already financially strained people off, surely some governing body should be looking into this company judging by all the terrible reviews
