aThese are just what I needed. I could not get a loan through the bank as I did not own my house. The only other loans on the high street are pay day loans who charge around 2500%. Impossible if you want £3000 over two years. Paying them an up front fee was a bit of a gamble but within a few days they got me the loan at a good rate for unsecured loans. £70 well spent.
