Excellent Service from the customer service team. The Loan was approved in 1 working day.They called and sent me an email to confirm this. They offer me a better interest rate than my bank, which I've been with for many years and they are ever so helpful and very clear with the terms and condition. I had problems logging into my account and in 2 minutes this problem was sorted. Once you call them, you speak directly with a customer care advisor. I was so surprised that everything went through so smoothly. They are very flexible with the payment date and happy to change it to a more suitable date. Very good service and I would recommend anyone to give them a try.

Ratesetter gave me a quick response to my application for a loan. The loan was to pay off overdraft and some card debt. Communication was by e-mail and quick. Their checks seemed robust and the interest rate given was excellent when compared to the rest of the market - including banks and other peer to peer lenders. The money arrived quickly and promptly and all information and payment dates were e-mailed to me and were easily digestible. Thanks very much.

I searched for the cheapest loan on various search engines and these came out the best. I had already seen a car I wanted so it needed to be quick and smooth and it was. Communication was clear and monies collected by direct debit on the dates set. Perfect, I would recommend them :)

first time i have every needed to apply for a loan the customer service was excellent i enquired on the monday night and the money was in my bank on friday morning the rate is lower than my bank and other lender i will if needed use this service again

The application process was very straight-forward and the decision was made within the advertised time-frame. I really like the idea of crowd-funding, especially in the current financial climate where banks seem to have stopped lending if they see even the slightest risk. When I first heard of RateSetter through a Radio 4 money program, I realised that there were better ways of doing business. The fact that the interest rates are so competitive, and the repayment terms allow for early repayment without penalty are both fantastic features. In due course, I hope to invest myself and look forward to my funds being matched against another borrower's requirements.
