A loan to make a dream come true

Coming from an "Old fashioned" background, the thought of borrowing in any form does not come easily to us. Having discovered a property that could literally make our dreams come true, it was therefore a massive decision to take on a bridging loan in order to secure it. The word terrifying comes to mind. I first contacted the adviser at Kisfinance, on a Sunday lunchtime, expecting an answer phone reply but no, he was there to take the call. Following a very informative discussion a quote arrived later that day. That first contact really summed up the rest of the process which took far longer than it should have due to the inadequacies of others involved in bringing the project to completion. He was always there, what ever the time of day, to answer queries and provide good advice whenever it was needed. He always had his finger on the pulse and knew exactly what was going on. But beyond the business aspect, he always had an interest in us as people, not just customers. We cannot speak highly enough of the adviser and the support he has given throughout the process.
