So far Its a great experience and I was working with Stripe and 2 months back they banned our IT and Support business and Pay Q was a relief. I am getting paid regularly and settlements are very accurate and good customer service.

If you are doing transaction highest then PAYQ is definite recommended however please note that they don’t accept businesses which are not in line with government regulations. Also one drawback I would like to pinpoint here is their settlement process which is weekly and they cannot change it like the other processors can do.

With PAYQ at least the funds are settled on time. But in case you are looking for a quick payment then don’t go for PAYQ As the settlements weekly.. Honestly I don’t have much experience with PAYQ we just got approved A day back and we haven’t received any settlement so far. But overall the application process was very simple and quick... And few of my friends and business acquaintance are using PAYQ for more than a year and they are happy so that’s why giving them five Star. I will come back once again with an updated review after I receive my first element.

In case you’re looking for a quick settlement in T+1 day, Then don’t opt for this company. Because the first settlement comes out in 14 days delay and after that they only settle once in a week

We got the approval just yesterday and this is just my initial review about the company that the overall on boarding process is superb, I will surely come back again once I taste more about the company and their settlement policies.

What I liked about PAQ is there on call support from the very first day of the motion application. Their sales team is very empathetic towards the customer and merchants and they work closely in continuation with the business. What they need to really improve is their telephonic support during late night hours. Everywhere they claim 24 x7 support however if you call them any time after 9 PM you have to wait for more than 30 minutes to reach an agent.
