The anniversary of my annuity is 15 October.
Regularly each year Reassure fail to make the monthly payment. Each year I comnlain & they tell me that I am an isolated case & that they are sorry that that they are late in payment.
The truth is that they do not pay me unless I call them to remind them of their obligation.
Now they have have failed to pay me my annuity payment due on 15 November.
Am I alone or are there others who have this problem?
