I have now been waiting over one month for my pension payment from ReAssure Ltd., Telford, Shropshire, despite telephoning them several times and speaking with their so called customer service agents, I have also emailed them directly, all to absolutely no avail.
What is particularly worrying, is the possible reason for their non-payment being not just their usual inefficiency and incompetence, but rather are they experiencing some sort of cash flow/liquidity issues ???
Surely ReAssure's top brass/management/shareholders must be aware of the multitude of disgraceful 1 star reviews from their customers, or is it they just do not care one iota, which is probably the reason, otherwise, they would have long since taken steps to greatly improve ReAssure's long standing and extremely disgraceful reputation.
