I have been waiting for over 4 months to get my pension valued in order for me to sort out what I do with it as I near retirement. I have logged 41 hours of calls plus many failed calls on hold for 30 minutes plus. My policy was a L&G one which was under guarantee for being mis sold. This company have literally no cohesive communications and their staff are not even able to EMail!! I have now put in a complaint to the financial Ombudsman, The FCA and am emailing the CEO of ReAssure daily!!!
Never have I encountered such shocking customer service and their failure to act is now causing me a great deal of distress as this should not be so difficult!!
