“High fees, poor service, no transparency”

Promised returns, transparency and service before I signed up. Since have just received extortionate fees, very poor service and no response to issues, including refusal to provide an annual statement for the tax man (I think they believe they are above the tax man).
In addition have found that there are "hidden fees" and retro charges in their products.
More fool me, never again
