Other than the very helpful woman that I finally just got through to, I've got nothing positive to say about this company. Every time I want to withdraw some of *MY* money from *MY* Pension Fund, I have to instigate the process over the phone - can't do it online. Even though I've requested using Email - not paper forms - multiple times, they still have to fell several trees in a virgin forest in Ecuador to supply enough paper for the form, which is sent through the post. The Email version is sent back. Months pass ... No money appears. Phone them back ... "Oh sorry, I'll look into it for you." Oh, can you fill in a form (which I did months ago)? Weeks pass ... Call them again ... "Oh ... it takes 42 days to process a withdrawal". And so on ...
Even though there's a 'Transaction History' section in the Policy Plan on the *MyAviva* website, it doesn't work, so you're forced to call them to get the info - verbally.
*Such a waste of time*
To think the Information Technology revolution was supposed to enable smooth financial management ... about 30 years ago; Aviva still haven't got it right.
