I was desperate for cash so tried unclebuck. I didn't think they would approve me for a loan because my credit file showed 7 accounts in default, 1 account in arrears and 4 other payday loan accounts outstanding. They checked my credit report but still approved me for a loan anyway.

Hassle free service with staff that was polite and friendly. The online application was easy as 123 my only dislike was I received codes sent to my email and as SMS which meant double identical info and receiving 3-4 emails with the same info. Other than that no complaints.

Application quick and easy. Got approved at 10pm last night paid £15 for express payment still waiting at 2.15 pm today. Emailed customer service no response

Slightly more expensive than some payday lenders, but do have an option for a quick transfer - handy when you need funds urgently, but that does come at a hugely inflated price. £15.00 for an express transfer is way over the actual cost to provide and adminsister, so they lost a star there and also instead of adding that to the loan they take it from the loan, so you are actually £15.00 down but there is the option of a BACs payment - within a few days - ok if you can wait. The online decision is not instant and they want 90 days bank statements or you have to wait slightly longer for a final approval. The bank statements is a slight annoyance as it means that thde process is slowed down and cab create hassle whilst you go and get the statements sorted. The amounts are quite limited for new borrowers - understandably -, so all in all not a bad service at all, but not quite as slick and flexible as some.

after selecting faster payment i have still not recieved the funds into my bank , i recieved email at 19 29pm to say funds would only take mins to arrive in my bank it is now 21 30pm and still no money . very disappointed

Great service, emailed with every detail. I was approved the loan at 12 o'clock but I didnt receive my loan in my bank til 7:30 pm , so paying for the hour service was abit of a let down! As had to wait 7 and a half hours! Aside the waiting game I would recommend if ur not in a rush .

I found the company very easy to work with,such as the forms and the quickness of letting you know exactly how things were going regarding the loan.I was very impressed and would recommend to anyone looking for a loan..

The service was fairly easy to complete. The only negative was, at the end, after being approved, there was a £15 charge for a 'Fast Transfer'. The company are aready making a lot from the interest paid on the loan, then they take another £15. In this current age, electronic transfers are free ( or so you'd think ).

The funds into my account was delayed by a day and I was not notified. When I called up they tried to make it sound like it was my banks fault. After insisting this was not the case, I was told they had a system breakdown. I was given no apology and treated as if I should be happy getting the loan although it was one after the promised date.
