My ex, while he had been with me, created an account with Sunny, without me knowing about it. He used my bank account & debit card detail, even my email address. I wasn't aware of all of this for several reasons A) emails from them ended up in spam until i found out about it, because i never checked spam mails B) all i knew about my bank account was, that i was to log in every payday online and he would move my money around, not to ask questions & any bank statement i received disappeared because C) he opened letters that were addressesd to me So after he took off in September i learned that every Monday 65£ where debited by Sunny via my debit card. i kept contacting my bank for weeks trying to find a way to stop those payments which was made impossible by the bank. i then called Sunny explaining the situation. explaining that i did not know that this account was opened under my name & i surely did not consent to it. i gave them the reference number of my debt agency & was told they would put the account on hold for 30 days waiting for the letter from the debt agency. The debt agency kept sending letters on my behalf but suddenly about 2 months later Sunny started contacting me again saying my account was in arrears, not only ignoring the letters from Debt Action NI, but also ignoring the fact that "my" account had been opened fraudulently by my ex

It can't give few hundred pound for normal employer and no chance to try ask for less or longer term after first decline. Awful emotions.

I have just tried to contact them regarding my account and they gave me another number to ring when I called them it put me through to an air conditioning company in leeds I tried to ring them 3 times and got through to the same company all I can advise is avoid these at all costs. Absolute rip of merchants they say they will make life easier but in my experience they have made it almost damn impossible to correct it with them. The person I did speak to was very helpful so I can't fault the customer service it's just everything else. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Went through the application process did not receive a validation code, requested a new one three times until page timed out. Started application process again same problem 45 mins later still no txt. I feel vulnerable now that I have entered my bank details and debit card details on-line. If they can access my phone number then surely thay can access my bank details. What a load of RUBBISH!

This company is gleaning information from the electoral role to try to target young people. It is sending out letters to young people who are perhaps still in education, offering a loan of up to £1000 to be paid back over the course of 12 months. Of course, the young person will pay back over £170 per month (well over £2k over the course of that year). Their tempting offer to young people? "Give your finances the Sunny Treatment" My advice...."Go to close to the Sun and you'll get your fingers burnt" In fact I'd like to recommend a new strapline to Sunny, but I don't think they'll buy into it.... " DON'T LET THE SHARKS AT SUNNY MAKE A SUCKER OUT OF YOU!"

I sometimes use payday loans, usually wonga becouse its easy to repay early to avoid huge interest. Suddenly new company appears on market, same as wonga but they don't charge transfer fees. I thought it was better deal than wonga. Applied for a £100 within two seconds declined, alas saying my credit score is not good enough. My score is above average according to experian. I never missed a payment do have ccj. As title says dont waste your time there.

I think you need to blame your ex instead of the company, if you are going to log on to your babk account and let him move mobey around it's hardly sunny fault.
