These are nothing but rip-off merchants! Firstly they charge you £4.00 on your debit card just to accept your application, which is non refundable, then they text your mobile phone asking you to reply to 60777 with a time that a customer service advisor can call you to discuss your application If you reply to the text its costs you another £3.00 and all you get is another text saying that they have tried to phone you but were unable to get in touch, when in fact the phone does not ring, and to reply again with another suitable time, and again and again the process continues. I e-mailed them 3 times 2 weeks ago and they do not reply to your e-mails Avoid the site and don't be scammed

I agree they did it to me took £4 out of my account and I have not heard anything from them since even when I emailed them. I have emailed again and threatened to report them if I dont see a refund immediately watch this space. Also be aware of a website called loancast also quick box I believe they are the same company as they say the same thing charging an admin fee of £4 then they will text you.
