This People Is Fast To Take Money From Customers

On this Loan Spotter Webside, they mislead the people. Some people is really in the need to borrow money and did not think to read the Terms and Conditions and this is where you loose more money than you ever had. Sies dis vieslik om mense so te verneuk en dit nogals mense wat regtig geld nodig het. Julle het van my familielede oor verneuk en nou trek julle net geld af, die kind kry hoeka 'n skamele salaris.

I Was Tricked

I talked to Loan Spotter on the phone. The women was very sly, she asked the expiry date of my credit card and said fir verification only, the. Somehow got the rest of my card details again for verification. Then she inform me there was a fee of £59.86. I told her I couldn't afford it and would not go ahead. She asked when pay day was I stupidly told her. It was left that I would phone if I could get the cash.i then got a text telling my to have 10p in my account as they would take this amount to verify my account. I moved my money from this account and phoned them on 13/3/15 telling them to cancel my application and tfhey would not get the 10p. Customer Services assured me my application was cancelled. I did not think any more about it until they took £59.86 out of my account on 31/3/15. I have emailed them asking for my money back and heard nothing so far.I strongly recommend that you do not give this company your debit card details. I have paid £59.86 for nothing. Please do not be fooled.

Awful

Steer clear of these people. They take a membership fee, do not tell you you can not claim a refund after six month when your membership lapses if they have not found you a loan.

Unhelpful by email or phone.

Do not include your reference number on their invoice receipt.

should be shut down.

This Company Should Not Be Allowed To Operate.

Cold-called me offering a loan after I had entered my details into another loan company's site. Offered me a loan of £700 and asked for my card details 'for verification'. Then was told it was with another company so I ended the call by asking them to remove my details from their system and specifically stating I did not authorise them to take any money. They took £59.76 anyway. They promised me a refund after I called with a representative from my bank. This didn't happen. After many calls and e-mails in which I was fobbed off with excuses I realised they were not going to give me my money back and I had been tricked. The telephone reps working for them must know they are scamming customers, and I would guess this is how the company makes most of its money. Do not use them under any circumstances. They call using the name LS UK.

I have now made a complaint about them to the FCA and the Financial Ombudsman, hoping that will prompt them to return my money, but I'm not holding my breath.

You then send the form back to them for a refund, and never get it! The fos wrote to them and they phoned the next day to say they were actioning my refund. That was 2 months ago. I still haven't had it although they lied to the financial ombudsman, and said that they 'd refunded me! It's now back in the hands of the fos. Judging by what I have read on consumer sites, I am not the only one the have tried this on!

Also after you tell the that your going to contact the financial ombudsman they will send a form out for you to sign and return for your refund its quicker to sign take a picture and send as a email to them the money goes back into your bank within 3 to 5 days

ashleylrichardson

This company's a tots trick demand your money back as you probably wont hear back from them again tell them your contacting the financial ombudsman they will refund you pretty quickly if you tell them that

Do Not Use!

This slimy bunch of cons have held back a registration fee of £59, which was taken on the impression that they were a lender not a broker. I asked for a refund and filled all relevant paperwork and still up till now haven't received a refund, although I call them every fortnight to see what the situation is.

I decided to report them to the Financial Ombudsman and Action Freud over the least few weeks, and what do you know! As soon as Loanspotter received their complaint, I get a call stating that the refund will be actioned.

I would highly recommend that you go down that route and let's hope these people loss their license to operate.

I've just received a call claiming to be from Loan Spotter and they offered me £1000. They confirmed my credentials and apparently on Friday £59 will be debited from my account as a acceptance/finalisation payment then I will receive a confirmation email with my loan outlay i.e payments interest credit agreement ECT, then a call to confirm the payment was processed and that I shall receive the funds immediately. Should I be optimistic or panicking and consulting my bank?
