“Unreliable and unprofessional ”

We used the company to apply for a U.K. visa for my husband. They were very quick in getting in touch with us RE the package that would suit us most etc., very friendly and helpful. Obviously trying to sell their Full Package but we were happy to settle for their Partial Package which was supposed to give us unlimited consultation and he application form proofread. However, as soon as we paid the fee, it all went downhill. We were on a rather tight deadline and rushed to get the form filled and… Read Full Review

Sorry to hear that someone else had the same experience with UKMarriagevisa.com. We ended up using Visalogic instead.

Very bad luck to you! My wife just got her visa approved using the partial service. We followed the advice given to us to the letter. My wife got a confirmation of a successful application, just 11 working days after submission! It was a very nerve racking experience, but without the help of ukmarriagevisa.com I don't think we would have managed it!

Applying for a UK visa these days is not easy! The applicant has to work very hard and you must do your homework, with or without the help of any adviser! You can't expect to do an application in a rush. It took us months collate all the evidence....My advice to everyone, is allow plenty of time and work hard! You can do it!

We will be using them again for 2020

My only complaint is for the UK immigration service. They are ripping everyone off, they are useless and targeting the wrong people! The UK government need to start learning about compassion and start reviewing their policies now!

I am afraid your comments have no credibility as there is no indication whether your visa application was successful or not. I presume it WAS successful, as otherwise I am sure you would have mentioned any negative outcome in your so called "review". I see two possible scenarios here. The review was left by a competitor (I can see other user promoting visalogic in the comments field) or an inadequate client who clearly does not understand how the professional relationship works. My wife and I used ukmarriagevisa.com recently and we will be forever grateful to their team. I personally met with one of their advisers in London so what you say about their virtual email assistance makes no sense at all. I had a 45 minute face-to-face consultation with my caseworker who was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. My calls were always returned promptly and if I ever had a question I would normally receive an email back from my caseworker on the very same day, on most occasions in less than 30 minutes. The amount of time it takes your adviser to get back to you is completely irrelevant as long as they get their job done and you get the results you paid for. Quite frankly, if you are a ukmarriagevisa actual client (not a competitor) I don't understand what you are complaining about if your visa application was approved. A client does not set deadlines, their adviser does, as I am sure they have hundreds of other clients in their queue. Obviously, you are not their only client. You should respect that when hiring a professional firm to assist you. If you can't appreciate the fact that they act for you in accordance with their own company guidelines and other priorities, just apply on your own and take your chances. You apparently thought you had purchased a toy in addition to legal services when you hired ukmarriagevisa.com. Don't hire anyone to help you, but if you do, respect their time and caseload as we did. Just wait and be patient.

You have no idea what a "risky business" is. Prior to instructing ukmarriagevisa.com my wife had dealt with a local company in China that basically took her money and disappeared. I then hired a local solicitor in the UK who would not return my calls for weeks. I was lucky if I heard back from him within two weeks. Our initial application was refused. We were devastated. A friend of mine recommended ukmarriagevisa which was such a blessing. I can't thank them enough. They are absolutely amazing and did a fantastic job for us. My wife's visa was approved in less than a month, despite the fact that most spouse visa applications in China on average take two to three months to process. It's very hard to impress me, but I can say hiring ukmarriagevisa was one of the best decisions I have ever made. We will definitely use their services again to extend my wife's visa in 2019 and I have already recommended them to my friends who will most likely use their services in the very near future if budget permits.

I think you're missing the point. Your facts aren't even square. I doubt there's a punter out there who "sets their own deadline". Any advisor should tell you that it's UKVI that sets the deadline, and therefore it's a false notion that the advisor sets the deadlines!!!

For your information, your comment reads exactly as though you have a vested interest in ukmarriagevisa. Your comment is longer than the original review. Besides, who on earth goes around attacking other reviews? You had a good experience with ukmarriagevisa? Excellent! I'm glad to hear it. But this reviewer clearly didn't and you're in no position to question that - UNLESS you have something to be gained by discrediting this review. So I would suggest that your comment has even less credibility than the original review!

I just hired this firm for the same reason as you, and I must say I had the complete opposite experience. We were also under a major time crunch. I think we can often forget that firms such as this have a multitude of clients in the same situation as us all at different stages of the application process, so I would imagine there would be clients with more pressing matters, this seems like the fairest way to deal with things. When we are faced with stressful situations, and pay money for a service, we naturally think that the whole world revolves around us, and our case. I would for sure use them again in the future, They were there to answer any questions or concerns within a reasonable time frame.
