Contractors - Avoid Like The Plague!!!
Timesheets which have to be filled in on a server based in INDIA. Have to fill in by 6pm each Friday otherwise you're in trouble. Cannot backfill if you've missed a few weeks worth. You have to take screenshots and email them to your manager for approval before being paid!!
You have to use their email system to contact them - they won't accept or allow emails from your personal account. You cannot even send your timesheet records out to your personal account!
Finally, the managers have a way of working which reminds me of 1970s Britain. They literally have no man management or interpersonal skills. They will always back staff from their own country first so don't bother raising issues as they just pay lip service to all their claims.
A truly awful experience for a British subject.
