Our recently fitted kitchen was designed to future proof our needs as we got older with this in mind we opted for a Quooker water boiling tap. A excellent decision! It is so easy to use, even with arthritic hands, the tap will dispense a cup or a saucepan of boiling water. A considered purchase but one I wouldn’t be without now I’ve used one.

Waste of money . Please keep your kettle. very dangerous if not handled properly. I do not need it and wish I could return it, A complete and utter waste of time and money. I am sure a keetle can do the job better and much safer

After I booked appointment more than a month in advance, day before they call to cancel and offered time next year. Needless to say I booked flight and test before, test on arrival just not to cancel and disappoint my designated time!!! I have 2 Quooker cillinders in two different locations. They don’t respect customer and our valuable time. I would not recommend their service. Product is good until needs filter change. They offer on line help… Pensioner and single woman is seldom capable!!! I am not the one.

Installed May 2018 and needed a cartridge replacement as understood. When I went to turn off the valve to cut off water supply, discovered that it was extremely stiff and in an impossible place to get at. On contacting Quooker they informed me that to send engineer would cost £150 call out just to turn it off despite me being prepared to wait until someone was in the vicinity and that I was still under guarantee. Eventually I, myself, resolved the problem by removing and the then replacing a down pipe. Seems poor installation and no warning given of potential future difficulties. Also, make sure you are handed a water testing set as we weren't at time of installation.

as a plumber I found the service provided and the spare part delivery excellent

I only discovered that there is a pressure relief valve after I noticed a smell of damp. The valve appeared to have been leaking for some time causing consequential damage to my kitchen units. Quooker claimed there must be a fault in my plumbing despite this being a known issue identified in the FAQ on their website. I have suggested to Quooker that they ought to highlight this issue to new users aware that discharge from this valve needs to be monitored. The unit is very convenient to use.

I had quooker fusion fitted a month a ago! We love it! The convenience of the tap is fabulous! Cooking, making tea & coffee etc! Also looks so smart! My friends are getting them installed after my experience with mine! No kettle makes a tidy kitchen!

Had a Quooker Fusion installed less than six months ago into our new-build and already we're having trouble with it. We paid £962 for it (not including the fitting charge) and expected it to work perfectly for years to come (albeit we understood we would have to have it serviced probably once a year as we live in a hard water area), so we're pretty disappointed that it's gone wrong already. Up until now, we have been delighted with it and have told everyone they should buy one - not any more! Wish I'd researched it on the internet before parting with an extortionate amount of money - I dread to think what it's now going to cost us to get it repaired.

We purchased a Quooker 2 years ago. We love it!!!! The customer service team and the fitter have been outstanding. We would highly recommend this product.

We have had a new kitchen installed and through the process of buying a new kitchen we were given a free Quooker hot water tap. At the time we were not informed that the Quooker does free installs and we had our own kitchen fitters install the tap. Once the tap was up and functional (early May) we found it spluttered water and when we had the gentleman from the kitchen company come and see the fitting he confirmed that the tap spluttered water more than usual and he would report it to Quooker himself and see what can be done. We later received a call from Quooker to schedule a site visit and were advised upfront that if the tap has been fitted incorrectly then we would be charged £150 to reinstall the tap and if there is no issue with the installation then the Engineer will fix the problem. On the day the engineer visited he asked me what the problem was I opened the tap and showed him how bad the spluttering was and it scared me to use the tap I had water droplets flying around everywhere. So the questions he asked me was is this the first time you have had one of these tap I said yes we haven’t had one before, the advice given to me for £150 was to get used to the tap play around with it and that the spluttering is normal and nothing they can do about it the tap has been correctly fitted and I would have to pay £150 for the call out. Well if that’s the case then they should have asked me to send a video of the fault rather than turning up and giving me the advice for £150. It is a complete rip off and I feel cheated. The engineer then looked at the normal tap which he said is a bit loose and will tighten it for me but that’s not what I had called him for I still have builders working on site and anyone could have tightened the tap. I have been tricked and not had the issue resolved either I want Quooker to come and take away both the taps and I rather pay a company who comes to solve a problem and not make money out of a visit and tell me to get used to an issue. I can’t even express how disappointed I am in the service and will never ever recommend you to anyone at all. Please compensate my money and take the taps away from me for free.

this tap is not recommended for hard water areas, the tap will fur up with limescale in a matter of weeks, that's when it become unsafe as it spits and can cause burns. Clearly needs more research and implementation of design faults. I would not recommend it to anyone living in hard water areas.

Quooker provides a scale filter to prevent scale build up in the tap. It's also possible to descale the tap yourself with a free kit or to have a Quooker engineer descale it for you.

Get a water softener.
Hard water ruins any appliance it comes into contact with.
Get one for your whole house or Quooker make one just for their tap.
It's not rocket science.

I have been very pleased with all my taps. However, after sales customer service is lacking. The lady I have spoken to was delightful but the fact of the matter is that I am unable to use my taps and have no hot or cold water in the kitchen and am having to wait 4 weeks for an engineer to attend which is not acceptable and they obviously need more engineers

I consider that you would need to have more money than brains to even consider buying one of these. How many kettles and or uses of kettles could you have for just the price of a qooker tap? A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY no matter how good they may be.

We had our Quooker fitted in our new kitchen 3/4 months ago. We were delighted with the product , which not only makes a kettle redundant but also is useful cooking aid when you want hot water. We had a problem about a month ago when the pressure reduction valve failed to work correctly. After a call with the service department an engineer was despatched within two days. The engineer fitted a new valve and checked out the unit from top to toe before putting everything back together. A quality product with Quality standards of service and support.

Best thing in our new kitchen. Wonderfully efficient and used constantly. No kettle now. Fast , superbly designed , magic. We simply love ours and have installed another in different location as so incredibly useful.

We've had our Quooker for nearly 5 years. It's a brilliant gadget. Like a lot of people in hard water areas we've had problems with the element furring-up over time and filling the tank with scale. It's EASY to self service this every year or two and the instructions and cleaning kit from Quooker are great. After 4 years we had the hot water pipes fur up reducing the flow to the tap. That required a new element and pipes but again easy to fit with their instructions and £75 after four years doesn't seem to bad. The service people are brilliant and sent us a new part for the tap free even though we are way out of warranty.

I'm an absolute gadget nut and for me this was a 'must have'. However, actual ownership has proved to be a sorry tale. build quality for such a premium product is questionable. I needed to replace a nozzle after only a month and an annoying squeak started to occur when it was turned on after two months. month 3 saw it pack up electrically and all this was fixed by their service engineers - when they eventually get to visit you. I live in a hard water area (as most of the country do) in Berkshire. My first Qooker didn't last 5 months. Servicing costs were stratospheric and with a long lead time of over 3 weeks. not the customer service I expect from a premium product. Being so furred up I was told it was unrepairable and as it was the fault of where I live and not the product I wasn't offered a replacement or a refund. so, not wanting a defunked tap or a hole in my worktop if I had it removed I bought a new one. I also had a reverse osmosis 5 stage water filter system installed (highly recommended!) to solve the hard water issue. all was good for about 7 months when it just kept tripping the circuit breaker taking out all the downstairs plug sockets any time of the day or night meaning the fridge and freezer would go off, WiFi, cordless phones, TV, blah-blah-blah. Despite 3 visits including a return to Qooker by their engineers they can find no fault with it. I just turn it off now and have bought a kettle.

We didn't buy our Quooker, it came with the house, but we were instant converts and it is our favourite bit of kit in the house. Soon after we moved, we rang Quooker with a query, we were open about the fact that we were not the original purchasers but we were treated as if we were and they sent out a replacement tap nozzle and and some fittings without charge and unsolicited. It was a terrific statement of intent. We live in a hard water area and our Quooker has furred up and is being serviced as I type, but the cost is reasonable and this is after around 5 years of service. The engineer has shown me how I can clean it myself so that should extend the time between services. I am a chain drinker of tea and love my uncluttered work surfaces, this is a brilliant product and company. I think this is one of those products like air conditioning in your car: before you have it you think - What's that about? A lot of money for little gain, however once you've had one, you never go back.

Quooker Combi installed May 2013 - the installer assured us of its reliability and that we would be ok with only a cold water feed to the new kitchen. Quooker worked well until January 2015 then failed. Service Department have told us it will be TWO WEEKS before an engineer can come round. It took less than that to install the kitchen. We are now without hot water until mid February at the earliest. Not impressed, would not recommend

If you live in a hard water area and suffer from lime scale - get a water softener.
Hard water will fur up your hot tank, your taps, your central heating system if you let it. Some people are so dumb.
