I ordered flowers and pearls for centerpieces and received an order that belonged to another customer. There was no one to call just online chat person who promised to email me a shipping label so I could drive to a UPS store 20 mikes away (which is difficult because I am wheelchair bound) to return the package. The CS rep also told me that he or she would send me the correct package. I have received no emails no calls no shipping label nor a correct revised order.
