AWFUL PLACE !!!!!!! Men's Suit Hire, Customer service (what customer service) Flippant, Attitude, Rude No time for you once they have your payment, Clothes smell (DIRTY) Was made to feel we were a nuisance once they had our money. When picking up hired suits the impression was that this was a huge inconvenience to them as they were so busy (the place was dead!) we were snapped at and told we had 20 minutes, even after 20 minutes no one else turned up at the place. Clothes were not the right size when we got them out of the bag, badly ironed shirts, all creased up, shoes were wrong, yet we had tried them all on before and they had written down the sizes and measured us. As for the Cravats its Do It Yourself (other hire places tie the Cravats and put a pin in it to hold it together for you) Well don't expect that sort of service from them, they think they're better than anyone else. When returning expect the same look of how dare you turn up unannounced as this is also an inconvenience, they will then either leave the suits outside or put in the outhouse clutter shed at the side of the building. ALL I CAN SAY IS LOOK AROUND 1ST YOU CAN DO BETTER I WISH I HAD AND WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM. RATE THEM MINUS

I would not recommend this place. The people that worked there were friendly enough but the suits were awful and did not fit despite numerous fittings. Every single suit had something wrong with it: 2 x shirts that were too tight to button up 1 x trousers that were too tight to button up 3 x trousers that were too long (my poor boy spent the whole day walking around lifting his trousers Cufflinks that snapped the first time they were put on Noticeable shoddy needlework on the hems 1x shirt that didn't fit around waist 1 x trousers with pulls in There were also a number of stains although these were on cuffs and so could be hidden by the jackets.

Where do I start. The whole experience was terrible. Since his wife walked out on him this place has gone to the dogs .....they have no clue and I can't believe that this company is still in business. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT I PROMISE. Firstly the got the wrong colour cravats so tried to give me the correct ones which were all stained and dirty. Then they shoes we ordered were falling apart and stunk terribly so we asked for a refund on these. Then when I picked the suits up they all smelt musty and I have to air them all and put febreeze all over them. Then one of the waistcoats was labelled up with the wrong size so this hand to be replaced. On the day of the wedding (without it bring brought to my attention being the bride) I have since found out that mu ushers trousers had a large whole in the leg seam and this had to be held together with safety pins and my fathers trousers were split all up the back so he had to spend they day like that and then change into his own trousers at night. When my husband took all the suits back for refund all three men got aggressive and abusive towards him and basically said we should have picked up these errors before the day. Then said they would have never let them go out like this, but they did we would not lie about this why would we and as they were so aggressive this says it all to me, unprofessional idiots running a business into the ground. They don't care about you and don't care about their products nothing is clean and everything is old. AGAIN DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS

I met with John at the Wedding Barn to book our suits for my wedding, he was extremely helpful and great fun to be around, after booking our suits we liked John so we changed our photographer and went with John, we are glad we did, we have a fantastic album and our guests all commented on what good fun he was and the suits looked great.
