Has Aimee's boutique been investigated yet or prosecuted? I am one if the hundreds who have had money taken ( no other word for it) out of my account and received no goods.

Contact your bank and let them know you haven't received the goods. They will investigate and after a period of time your money will be credited back to you. I believe the bank will ask Aimee's Boutique to prove they have sent you the goods you ordered, which they inevitably won't be able to do.....if they even bother to respond to the bank at all. Either way you'll get your money back that way. I had the same experience with them!

Hi am so sorry to hear that you have also had your money taken and received no goods. my partner contacted them by email over 10 times I even contacted them by facebook and still noting. We found it funny that when he emailed them under a different email address asking them a question making out that he wanted to buy something he received a reply in under 5 minutes. In the end we they didn't give us a refund we got a refund from our bank. I went on to a few review sites and gave them negative reviews even had one review site contact me asking me to change what I had said because Aimees Boutique and made a complaint about what I had said. so sorry you have received that same problems we have had. A stress that we shouldn't be having now I am worried to order anything on line such a shame!

Well I wish trading standards would seriously do something to stop this company trading. I did get a refund from them eventually, but had to get very forceful and threaten to take legal action against them to get a result of a refund. Disgusting behaviour on the part of that company. I would never trade with or recommend them to anyone. Perhaps if Trading Standards get enough complaints about this company they might actually do something about letting them continue to trade and furnish their own bank account while leaving it weeks to provide a refund. The interest they must be receiving in their account before they have to finally refund must be keeping them going I am sure. Shocking behaviour.

I am in the process of taking legal action having already entered court judgement with their company (to which they have not replied). I have currently requested bailiffs via Northampton Crown Court.

No idea. I want to take things further but not sure how to alert anyone to it. Do trading standards read things like this?!

Many of us have already reported to trading standards and watchdog. I personally haven't had a response back. With regards to trying to get your money back via your bank...well I tried that, but was unsuccessful as I paid by a debit card. You can only put a claim in and get a refund if you pay by credit card. Hope this helps x

Besides hammering them with emails I've not done anything further, still scheming up a way of getting my money back. It was too late for me to claim back off my credit card as you have to do it within the 3 months. May try turning up at Braintree. Have reported them to Watchdog too, not heard yet though. Any other advise gratefully received...

i'm afraid i don't know. I note the website doesn't seem to exist anymore so would guess they have got away with not refunding many of its customers.
