Excellent Customer Services & Great Item

Ordered a classic Gibson chess set with folding board and case after being let down by Regency Chess who cancelled my order out of the blue after waiting some time for it to arrive despite their 48 hour delivery promise.

I quickly had to source another chess set and was a bit stressed with so little time before Christmas.

Set arrived quickly and I was immediately impressed as it was quite weighty and well packaged. Upon inspecting there were slight imperfections in two of the men.

Contacted and replacements were sorted out and received today with lightning speed. Unlike Regency Chess who had disabled their phone lines when I had tried to contact them!

I am so chuffed with this set. Was worried it would be toy like but it's a quality item. As the board and pieces are actually larger than the other set I was going to buy I feel I have a much better set here.
