“Great until you return a damaged item ”

Very poor disappointing service, spent literally hundreds with this firm on models but upon the one and only return I made (a badly damaged kit) in January 2017 using their own return service they said they never received it. No refund , no replacement The owners arrogance is astonishing and threats about libel should they receive bad feedback - they clearly put profits over customer loyalty.
