Occasionally there is a delay when it comes to dispatch, but I always receive prompt replies from their customer service and assurance that it is simply a matter of a backlog in the aftermath of sale periods.

I've been a customer for many years, buying especially collector videogame art books. All of them are of high quality! Last time I had issue with the book I ordered, package had been very damaged with transportation. Customer support was very kind and took care of everything: sending back for free the damaged package, and sending me a new one. All of that, very quickly! Will definitly order there :)

This is the first time i have used this website, it was very simple and easy to use, once i had placed my order i received my email confirmation, then i received another email confirming the delivery date, on the date of the delivery i received an email confirming a one hour time slot for delivery and the name of the driver delivering the parcel, i cannot fault the service i have received, i am very impressed.

I was looking for the Naruto Box Sets. I got number 2 and 3 for under half the price, I would have to pay in Denmark.

I am a less able person and use on line stores. I have in the past ordered Pop vinyl figures from Amazon I am a Prime member and delivered by Amazon logistics. Most times the package looks as though its been up the Amazon and the pop vinyl box is damaged. As you all know the box is just as important as the figure inside. Being totally fed up with Amazon I looked for alternative source I used to be able to visit Forbidden Planet in Liverpool So this new venture wasn't into unknown territory. My parcel arrived yesterday, only one of the two items because of release dates I suppose Carnage will join later. I live in Canada . Ordered online from UK store as book not available here. The item was in stock and available. Payment was easy with a follow up email later informing you of the cost for shipping. Once I accepted the order was completed. Good customer service and speedy delivery. Recommended.

My first experience with Forbidden Planet has been amazing. Despite my own inability to read a simple email (exhausted new mum here) and only realizing I'd misread its contents a good three weeks later (in order to have my item shipped to the USA I needed to respond in 7 days' time), Forbidden Planet saved the day, reinstated my order and shipped my book to me. I've now preordered 2 special editions through Forbidden Planet, and they've been great to work with! When my charge didn't initially go through, they contacted me immediately so I could rectify the issue. And I love that they check on the international shipping costs before finalizing the order. Since shipping can be tremendously expensive, I really appreciate having the opportunity to approve this cost before it goes through! Excellent customer service!

I bought a product from Forbidden Planet on Thursday August 30th and it was dispatched the next day! My order arrived the following Monday and I was pleasantly surprised as postage cost only £1.00 and was sent 2nd class. I have only been in to Forbidden Planet once, however I spent over £100 and was looking around the shop for well over an hour. The atmosphere was amazing and the staff were incredibly helpful! This is the perfect store for all of your fangirling/boying needs and is the ultimate store for nerds! I love it!!!!!!!!

It is an amazing service you have every comic I have ever wanted but there is one problem your delivery is slow. The products come well packaged and I have never had a problem and I can’t fault forbidden planet but delivery time is the problem. I have and order and this present time and I have been waiting a whole week and still no delivery. This is my only issue. Apart from that the best comic book store ever Thank you forbidden planet!!!

Started getting into comics recently and since there's no dedicated store in my area I went looking for a subscription service. This came highly reviewed so I said I'd chance it! Can't fault the service, very clear and helpful hints on pages to tell you if a certain edition is going to be part of a subscription or if you need to order it separately. Would be helpful to have a combined "Subscribe and back order" feature but this is just nitpicking This is definitely better value than I would be paying in some local brick and morter stores. Definitely glad I came across this site, though my wallet is suffering

Best delivery with fast response when there was a problem. I will always shop in forbidden planet when I need comics. I have also recommend it to people who like collectables.
