Cigs.eu RIP OFF

They site appeated to be ligitamate - so I ordered 5 cartons - after two months of waiting and numerous emails - no goods arrived - then a letting informing me the goods have been seized - I contacted cigs.eu and this was their reply.
Also, let me please inform you that disputing a transaction and ignoring the Terms and Conditions is treated as a credit card fraud, and if this happens we will have to pass all your information to law-enforcement officials. We have won several cases, in which "friendly fraud" customers had their credit rating and relationship with their bank affected. They also had to pay fine and negotiate to avoid prosecution.
