I purchased tickets to an event that was supposed to happen August 30, 2020. A week ago it came out it was “rescheduled” to September of 2021. Mind you I purchased insurance that was recommended in the case something happened. I was denied my insurance claim. I talked to one person at Vivid that was more than helpful and went above and beyond looking to get me a refund as I’m moving 3000 miles away this September 2020. I am not able to attend the event I planned this year. The second person I talked to denied me talking to anyone above them, said they are the highest people in the company that take calls. I kept asking to speak to a member of management. The CSR kept repeating himself saying, “are there any other concerns.” So I said that I need to speak to your boss. He hung up on me. A billion dollar a year company and this is the customer service you get. Never ever again will I do any business with this company.
