While attempting to make a purchase for the Cin Jazz Festival this year, the website froze while taking my Pay Pal information. Before I could hit re-fresh or cancel, I received a confirmation. Within the confirmation, the total price was double the expected price. When I contacted customer service to explain what had taken place and find out the cancelation policy, I was informed that the cancelation policy appeared on the final purchase page. When I attempted to explain that the website froze during this process, the representative interrupted me by repeating the cancelation policy. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was then told that the representative suddenly was a manager. When I asked for the name of the owner, I was directed to the website and the call was disconnected. I attempted a Live Chat with two representatives and was directed to a phone number that has been disconnected. PLEASE DO NOT use this site. Tickets-center.com. This is your warning, the price will go up literally within a blink of an eye AND the "visible" cancelation policy with be frozen. You will be suck with a bill that is double what you expected to pay. You have been warned.
