I purchased tickets on Nov.2 for an event on Dec.18. On Monday Nov.4 I found out I would not be in town due to business so I called and asked to cancel my order. I was told that all sales are final. However they couldn't tell me my seat number. Therefore I am sure they weren't purchased yet. They are a second buyer. Next time I will make sure I got to Ticket Master at least when you buy your ticket you know where your seat will be and avoid the $54.00 service charge.
