Was tricked by them some years ago and was surprised to find they are still in business. Sham artists. They change names but are all the same. Not only didn't deliver tickes and never'refunded but also cloned my credit card. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I am Brazilian and decided to make sure i could purchase the World Cup Soccer tickets for 1(one) match as my 2 kids are fan of Soccer.I purchased 4 tickets(1,430 Euros) including my wife in October/2013 and payed with my Visa credit card.The match was in July/2014. Not only they never delivered my tickets and never reimbursed me as they created a major frustration for my Family specially my kids!i was Always contacting them through e-mails as the phone numbers indicated in there Web sites never came through!After giving all the possible excuses not to pay they simply stop answering my e-mails!! I would never reccomend ticket Ltd to anyone!!

Very good tickets, easy to book and got confirmation right away, however when I tried to call them I was put in a line for over 10 minutes listening to bad music ! But overall good experience..

This was a fantastic experience and fully according to expectation. The world cup tickets came on time to me residence and I must say I was a bit worried before for a few days. I am really happy my worries was unfounded.

This company surprised me as I found a couple of bad reviews among good ones on the internet. First I tried to call them but did not get through. Don't know why. When I sent an email I got immediate reply and they confirmed that the tickets were available. When I booked the tickets it took 5 days and the tickets came with ups to my door. I would very much recommend ticket.org. I got fantastic tickets for the world cup and had a great time. We enjoyed it very much and would love to use the service again some time. Timely delivery and smooth service when contacting them. I had some difficulty in getting hold of the company by phone once, but they called back not long after. I would recommend the company to anybody who want to be secure to get tickets for hard to get events. The price might be high, but you will get your ticket, unlike some other websites.

I bought tickets for the World Cup final in Brazil since August 2013. I got an e-mail from the site about 8 days before the event, saying that they were not going to deliver the tickets and that they will refund my money. (A lot of money as I had bought 6 tickets). I traveled to Brazil from the USA, and spent a lot of money taking my family to this event and despite of letting them know that if they knew of any problem to deliver the tickets, to let me know to cancel my trip, they made me spend a fortune and did not deliver the tickets. I got an e-mail about two weeks ago asking for my bank details as they mentioned that they were ready to refund my money. Today, two weeks after their e-mail and more than a month after the event, they have not refunded the money!!!! I have sent several e-mails on the last two weeks and they do not reply at all. Tip for consumers: Keep away from this site. You will loose all your money. Their company is based in Malta to avoid regulation from either US or EU authorities. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!

Once I learned that Monty Python goes back on stage I searched for a ticket agency and found ticket.org which at that time (Nov. 2013) had no negative track record. So I bought two tickets for the show on 5 July 2014 for EUR 500 plus a delivery fee of EUR 30. It was promised that the tickets would arrive on 28 June 2014 at the latest. Nothing happened until then and I was notifyed that due to delays of their agent tickets will be delivered to my hotel. So I gave them the full details of my Hotel incl. Tel. and Fax number. Promises followed via e-mail that ticket delivery is "fully guaranteed" but nothing happened so I was not able to see the show and travelled to London in vain.
