Bought six tickets in Nov for $15,000.00 paid upfront in Nov. After paying for flights and hotel rooms $7500.00 got the shaft from SB Tickets.Would not do business with this clown.The only ones that honord their tickets was Stub Hub.

I brought 2 tickets from them for $2400 each back in November, after telling the director we were travelling from Australia for the game. Received email on Friday before the game saying tickets were waiting for me to collect, then got email Saturday morning saying sorry there weren't enough tickets and l may miss out. Rang there phone number 20 odd times only to get voice message, left several messages but no one called back. Tried emailing them many times to for no response. Finally got generic email Super Bowl Sunday at 12 pm informing me l hadn't got tickets, by now the only tickets we could buy we're $12,000 each. Avoid this company at all costs,

This company and the owner cannot be trusted. The guarantee statement on the website means nothing. My friend and I bought the tickets to Super Bowl from this website and was told by them that the tickets will be delivered to me in Phoenix. That did not happen and all he can say at the last minutes was Sorry! you will get your refund. Don't buy Super Bowl ticket from them if you want to see the game.

I was looking for superbowl tickets at a good price from a good company, I did my research and found SBTickets to be a good pick from all I read, I bought 3 tickets in a good area, got my confirmation about when and where to pick up my tickets and was getting excited. I got down to Phoenix and got another email stating they had to change locations due to the NFL, then got another email stating that they weren't sure if they could fill those tickets, then Sunday at around noon the day of the game mind you we were told sorry no tickets.....yes I got a refund but nothing else other then a sorry and if you want to buy other tickets we will give you a discount....NOT you just screwed up a trip of a life time for me...I will tell everybody I know never to use your site and I will continue on other sites as well to keep people from falling for your B.S. 100% guarantee...DONT USE SBTICKETS....

SB tickets was one of the companies that sold tickets prior to the superbowl and guaranteed delivery of tickets but when it came to pick up they could not deliver. SB tickets was prompt to send out all communication and seemed very organized when communicating pick location, seat locations ect. After making the flight to Phoenix renting a car and booking the rooms at a massive premium SB tickets sent out a communication to say sorry no tickets and we will refund you your ticket money. The day before the game, the good news is they are legit enough to refund your ticket money but my trip to phoenix cost me $4000 and watched the game from a bar. This company guarantees tickets but clearly they don't have tickets to sell. Beware!

SB Tickets helped my organization experience the superbowl for the last 2 years. They took care of travel planning and accommodations, as well as tickets to the game. I enjoy the personal attention that SB Tickets gives me when purchasing from them. Only downside was the fact that they could not provide me with locker room access for autographs!!
