“Charged my cards, seats arent available, money now...”

DO NOT purchase from these "resellers" . I have wanted to take my children to see Lion King for 3 years. I saved up the money, researched ticket prices, and seat positions. I spent $479 for 3 tickets that were average in the middle of the balcony seating. After purchasing, I get a call from Good Seat Tickets that tells me "the tickets I purchased aren't available." (Ummm, yes they should be available, I paid for them.) They told me that my card was refunded and offered to help me purchase other seats. These were off to the side in other parts of the theater. None of which worked for me and my two children. My bank is not showing a refund of the money which is preventing me from being able to purchase other tickets to the show. The tickets are selling out fast. The only thing that they offered was a pointless "Sorry". DO NOT purchase from GoodSeatTickes.com They will crush your plans in 10 minutes or less.

“Wouldn't even recommend to an enemy”

They were terrible. First of all, the price was almost double what I could have paid if I bought the tickets directly from the venue. Second, they have no system to get a refund, cancel an order (even if you call 15 minutes after placing the order) or in any way helping someone who has a complaint about their price. The fine print you must sign waives your right to complain. Do not use them -- you can get your tickets for a better price somewhere else.

“overpriced scalpers”

ordered 2 tickets which were only $46.00,a piece. and paid $280 from goodseatickets....they were ordered from ticketmaster by goodseatickets , and sent to me.if i had ordered for myself from ticketmaster instead, it would of only been $128.00,for the two seats.......goodseattickets are scalpers that sell tickets at a higher price,and order them from ticketmaster. do yourself a favor and stay away from them..order directely from ticketmaster a trusted source for your tickets.i got ripped off big time.bad company....if u ask me.

“Outsource Tickets”

I had ordered tickets through Good Seat Tickets and expected them to be the company providing the tickets. Instead, they outsourced the tickets to Number One Tickets in Dallas, TX who purchased tickets a few weeks before the event at a discount of more than 100% of the price I paid for the tickets. Both Good Seat Tickets and Number One Tickets have received F ratings from the Better Business Bureau so beware of your dealing with them.

“Do not buy tickets from Good Seats!”

Back at the beginning of December 2012, I purchased 5 matinee tickets to the final day (2/17/13) of Wicked in San Francisco. When I still had not received my tickets at the beginning of February, I sent an email inquiring about when I could expect them. Somehow my order had been cancelled (coincidentally the SAME day I sent the email), but no one ever notified me of this. The seller (The Ticket Cafe) tried to charge me an extra $50 to find me different seats, but I refused and contacted Good Seats because of their guarantee. After telling me there was nothing they could do, I was able to acquire TERRIBLE new seats, completely separated from my group. Not only did Good Seats refuse to take any kind of responsibility, but they refused to back their "100% satisfaction" guarantee, stating that it was between the seller (The Ticket Cafe) and me. As far as I am concerned, Good Seats IS the seller, as I booked my tickets through them. It is their guarantee that I be 100% satisfied - far from it!

“TOTAL SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!”

This has been one of the worst consumer experiences i have ever had. The tickets turned out to be a face value of 1/4 of what i paid, the show got moved to a different time and they did not bother letting me know, and customer service was rude, completely unhelpful and actually used the phrase "this is not our problem. NEVER BUY FROM THESE GUYS AGAIN!

“Horrible Customer Servace”

We ordered 3 tickets from them for the Book of Morman. A few days before the show they called and said they could not deliver the tickets and refunded out money. Except, we had already purchased a 4th ticket from another site. They tried to help us re-book but similar tickets were ~$100 more than we had originally paid. They would not even waive their own fees for us to re-book. They did nothing to help us resolve the situation and now we are out over $100 for the single ticket we cannot use.
